Bespoke LED Screens

BBSF provided design, calculation, fabrication and install of steel frame structures to support large LED screens to railway bridges throughout Dublin for Creative Technology Ireland. Each frame was preassembled in the BBSF factory to allow dry fit of screens.

All installation works were completed at night with road closures and stakeholder management by BBSF Project Management Team. Project requirements included galvanised support frame, LED screen dry fit and traffic management.

Balcony Staircase

Balcony and helical staircase installed into garden with access from first floor of a private house. BBSF designed and fabricated the project to modular specification to allow as little disruption as possible. The project included removal of existing structure, ground works, mild steel galvanised frame, powder coated finish, composite decking floor and steps.

Structural Install

Structural steel installation successfully completed and prepared for louvre panels. Negotiating tricky city access for this project was made effortless, thanks to the exceptional collaboration of our design team and fabricators. Works completed in conjunction with John McCormack and the team at Roccul Limited.

Entrance Canopy

Stainless steel and glass canopy provided to entrance of this public building. Design, engineering calculations and installation works were provided by BBSF. The requirements included stainless steel frame, laminated toughened glass and engineers calculations.

Feature Staircase

Bespoke feature staircase designed, fabricated, and installed by BBSF to a private house in South County Dublin. Project included mild steel frame, powder coated finish, glass balustrade, hardwood steps/landings stained to match floors and stainless steel slimline handrail.

Gantry Frame

BBSF were required to manufacture seven similar frames to a site in North Kildare. All frames were preassembled for faster on site assembly, galvanised and delivered to site. Project included mild steel structural gantry frame, galvanisation, preassembly and dry fit.

Stair Cores

This project consisted of several stainless steel stair cores and one central feature stairs with glass balustrade. BBSF provided the design and metal fabrication. All works were carried out in conjunction with John McCormack and Roccul Limited.

The preconstruction process BBSF demonstrate is very impressive. The quality of workmanship and the adhering to health and safety onsite is top class. The other point to mention is your staff have great etiquette. This is most important where we are working in live environments and the clients staff are in the same vicinity.
